Quilt Care - Taking Care Of Your Quilt

All of our quilted items are made from 100% cotton fabric and first quality cotton batting. Treat these items, especially the quilts as you would a heirloom.
You may machine wash on a gentle cycle separately, using cold water only and a very mild detergent.

It is preferred you hand wash with cold water and a mild detergent, then line or flat dry. This maintains the crisp colors.

Do not use bleach. Do not machine dry. Do not dry clean. Following these basic procedures will greatly increase the life of your item.

For the hand-woven rugs:

Dry clean or spot clean only. Consult your dry cleaner for cleaning options.

Rotate your rugs annually, unless the rug is located in a heavy traffic area, then rotate every 3-6 months.
